Technical Questions

Q: Why do you use different types of pipes? We match pipe materials to the application. Plastic pipes are used in ceilings and floors for easy routing through joists. Copper pipes with Armaflex insulation are used under screed floors for durability and longevity in high-traffic areas.

Q: How do you handle hidden leaks? We don’t use specific diagnostic tools for hidden leaks behind walls or floors. When needed, we bring in specialists for these situations.

Q: What safety checks do you perform? When installing hot water cylinders, we verify all parts and pipes are plumbed correctly before commissioning. We perform leak testing and pressure checks on all installations.
